Shipping & Returns
We stand behind the quality of every product we ship. If your item arrives damaged during shipping or has a manufacturing defect, we will gladly provide a replacement.
Exchange Eligibility
You are eligible for an exchange if:
- You contact us within 14 days of delivery, and
- The issue is related to shipping damage or a product defect (not caused by misuse).
What We Cover
- Damage caused during shipping (e.g., dents, cracks, broken parts)
- Manufacturing defects or functional issues out of the box
What We Don’t Cover
We do not offer exchanges for:
- Damage caused by misuse, accidents, or improper handling
- Intentional damage or signs of tampering
- Normal wear and tear
- Issues caused by using incompatible accessories (e.g., bulbs not meeting the recommended specifications)
Exchange Process
To request an exchange, please email us at halolivingusa@gmail.com with:
- Your order number
- A brief description of the issue
- Clear photos (and/or a short video) showing:
a. The damaged/defective area
b. The outer packaging and shipping label (for shipping damage)
Once approved, we will arrange a replacement shipment. In some cases, we may ask you to return the item before sending the replacement.
Exchange Terms
- Exchange only. No refunds.
- Replacements are provided for the same item (same model/color) based on available inventory.
- If the same item is unavailable, we may offer an alternative option of equal value or store credit (if applicable).

Our goal is to make sure you receive your order in perfect condition, and we’ll do our best to resolve any eligible issue quickly and fairly.
